Instructions for setting up a username and password:
1. All Users: Register New - Sign up for an account within the iGO e-App icon
Username Format: (First Initial + Last Name + 0024) Example: Michael Smith = msmith0024
2. iGO will provide you with a username, please use the iGO username when filling out Case Tracker Registration
3. Use the iGO username when registering for the Annuity Illustrations Software
