Contracting as an agency? After registration, you can add your agency to the DBA tab in SureLC.
Please have in your possession and be ready to upload the following documents:
Anti-Money Laundering Training Certificate (within last 2 years)
Producer Continuing Education Training Certifications
Current E&O Declaration Page
Voided Check for Commission Payments
Even if you have used SureLC before, be sure to select “REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT” and create a new Username and Password. You cannot use your previous account login.
